Upon receipt of a complaint, it will be processed immediately by the responsible account manager and management. We will contact you to discuss the complaint and work together to find a suitable solution. The progress and handling of the complaint are recorded in our order and ERP system, ensuring careful and timely handling.
If necessary, we investigate the cause of the complaint, for example, internally or with a supplier, and take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, we will inform the customer of the option to submit the complaint to the PPP Dispute Resolution Committee.
Complaints are periodically evaluated so that we can continuously improve our processes and continue to guarantee the quality of our services.
